3. Message Frequency

SMS frequency may vary depending on your activity and settings, including but not limited to:

We ensure that messages are reasonable, non-spammy, and aligned with user actions.

5. Message & Data Rates

Standard SMS charges may apply depending on your mobile service provider. MNF Rehbar does not charge users for sending or receiving SMS messages.

6. User Responsibilities

  • Provide an accurate and active mobile number.
  • Immediately update your number if it changes.
  • Keep your OTPs confidential and not share them with anyone.

MNF Rehbar will not be responsible for any unauthorized use resulting from the sharing or misuse of OTPs.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

We value your privacy. All mobile numbers and SMS-related data are stored and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not:

  • Sell or share your mobile number with third-party marketers
  • Use your mobile number for any purpose outside the scope of MNF Rehbar services

8. Service Availability

While we strive to ensure timely delivery of SMS messages, we cannot guarantee delivery due to factors outside our control, including:

  • Mobile network coverage issues
  • DND (Do-Not-Disturb) service activation
  • Operator-level delays or failures
  • Incorrect mobile number provided

9. Changes to SMS Terms

MNF Rehbar reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the website with the revised date. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
