Building Our Legacy: A Strategy for Self-Reliance
The Murdeshwar Nawayath Foundation – Bangalore is proposing a strategic shift from reactive, constant fundraising to a model of self-reliance and sustainable income for the community. Instead of relying on ad-hoc donation appeals for every individual medical or educational need, the organization aims to acquire a permanent asset that generates continuous revenue to fund welfare activities.
This initiative is designed to create a perpetual stream of income, ensuring predictable budgets for scholarships, medical aid reserves, and community events, effectively functioning as Sadaqah Jariyah (perpetual charity). By establishing this dignified and consistent funding source, the foundation seeks to secure the community's future and allow members to focus on building each other up rather than constantly seeking funds.

Appeal for Generous Donation

The specific project involves investing in a Paying Guest Accommodation in Bangalore with a total project value of ₹3 Crore, where the community aims to secure a 20% equity stake worth ₹60 Lakhs. To achieve this capital goal within a flexible 18-month timeline, the foundation is soliciting donations. The foundation appeals to working professionals to pledge support for this initiative. Your support can be in a form of monthly donations or one time over a period of next 18 months. Donors are promised complete transparency regarding construction and revenue progress, as well as recognition during community gatherings

May Allah (SWT) reward you abundantly for your generosity and foresight.
